Edoardo Axel Preatoni was born in Milano, Italy on the 3rd of April 1987. He holds a degree in political sciences and European economics from the Università Degli Studi di Milano.

Prior to founding Preatoni Real Estate Development in Dubai, UAE in 2013, he worked in the tourism and hospitality sector.  As founder and CEO of Preatoni Real Estate, he managed the development and delivered the Preatoni Tower, a 45 stories mixed-use skyscraper located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai.

He has been a member of the board of AS Pro Kapital Grupp since 2016 and was appointed CEO as of January 1st, 2022. Mr. Preatoni does not own any shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp
