Great news for our followers and partners! The last four buildings of Kalaranna District have reached their full height, which we celebrated with a sunny topping-out ceremony on April 12th. We sincerely thank all our employees and the construction team for their dedication.
Kalaranna Quarter has already become one of the most coveted residences in Tallinn, thanks to its exceptional location and high-quality construction. 40% of the apartments have already found owners. The construction of the final phase of Kalaranna District will be fully completed by next spring, but the first homes in the new buildings will be handed over by the end of this year.
