Division of AS Pro Kapital Group was completed in the financial year 2011. According to the division plan approved by the shareholders of the Company, all assets, claims and liabilities related to the Italian subsidiaries of AS Pro Kapital Group were transferred to the holding company AS Domina Vacanze Holding. Shareholders of AS Pro Kapital Group became also the shareholders of AS Domina Vacanze Holding. The above combined financial statements, therefore, represent the business and the results of the present AS Pro Kapital Group in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany in 2007-2011. Italian business and its impact on the results are excluded from the combined financial statements as well as the Russian business that was sold out of AS Pro Kapital Group in the financial year 2011.
*Other income includes profit from sale of assets held for sale (sale of Domina and Kristiine Shopping Centres in 2007 and 2011) and profit from reclassification of assets and recording them in fair value in 2014.
